How do I start offering Credova?

What states does Credova offer financing in?

Credova financing is not available in all 50 states, and offerings may vary by location. At this time, Credova does not provide financing to consumers or merchants in New York, Massachusetts, or the District of Columbia. To partner with Credova, your business must be legally operating within the United States and in good standing. You are also required to comply with all applicable state and federal regulations for your industry. How do customers apply?

Customers Can Apply for Financing in Three Convenient Ways:

1. During Checkout on Your eCommerce Store

If integrated, customers can apply for financing directly within the shopping cart at the time of checkout.

2. In-Store via Direct Link

A financing application link can be sent directly to the customer from your merchant portal for easy in-store use.

3. Online at www.credova.com

Customers can visit the website directly to either prequalify or apply, at any time.

These flexible options provide a smooth and seamless experience — whether customers are shopping online or in person.

What is the range of approval amounts for customers?

Based on your customer’s application details and the types of financing options you want to offer, customers may qualify for financing offers ranging from $150 to $5,000, and in limited circumstances, up to $10,000. What kind of credit check is it?

When a customer applies through Credova, a soft credit check is performed. This has no impact on their credit score, so they can explore financing options with confidence. When a consumer completes a purchase using Credova, we report that information to the credit bureaus at that time.

Are there any restrictions on what I can sell through Credova?

You cannot offer financing for cash equivalent product or illegal and counterfeit products. There are certain restrictions as it pertains to financing products and within certain merchandise categories. Your account representative can provide a full overview of eligible products.
